Exercise With Your Little One!

Join the StrollerFit program designed for the needs of moms and their stroller-age children. This fitness program for parents turns your stroller into a portable fitness machine allowing parents to exercise with their baby. jogging-stroller-feature

Classes are 50 minutes in length and include a complete cardio and strength training workout. Classes are offered as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
9:00am – 9:50am
