We love healthy snacks at my house, and one of our favorites is this easy fruit and yogurt parfait. (The best part is, it doubles as a breakfast, too!) fruit and yogurt parfait

What you need to make an easy fruit and yogurt parfait:

1. 1/2 cup of your kid’s favorite fruit, chopped into 1/2-inch cubes, you can leave smaller berries whole if you have older kiddos. 2. 1/4 cup vanilla, low-fat yogurt 3. A little of your favorite granola

How To Make an Easy Fruit and Yogurt Parfait:

1. Hand your child a clear cup (because seeing the parfait is part of the fun) along with the ingredients and let them go to town. See how fun this is? Your kid is making their own snack! Genius! This is a favorite at our house.   I had never really thought of it as a snack since we call it breakfast!   The boys have some version of this on almost a daily basis.   It is a definite thumbs up from all. Make your own homemade fruit roll ups!

  1. This is a favorite of my kiddos too. Usually for breakfast but also an occasional snack. I like to have it with Kashi Go-Lean for a high-protein breakfast for mom!
