The 4th of July is upon us and that means celebrating our great country, the United States! And we tend to do it up right with parades, cook outs, swimming, games, fireworks. But these Independence Day crafts are a patriotic way to do that.

1. Statue Of Liberty Crown and Torch Craft

You can make a Statue of Liberty crown and torch!

You can wear the crown and torch from the Statue of Liberty. You can either color your own or you can use the pre-colored ones. You just have to cut them out and pull the tabs back and glue and/or tape them together!

2. 3D Paper Popsicle

These 3D popsicles are so cool.

Color the popsicles or use the pre-colored templates to create fun 3D paper popsicles by folding along the dashed lines and gluing or taping the different parts together.

3. Patriotic Paper Flower Craft

These patriotic flowers are beautiful.

You’re going to glue the petals to the base. You’ll be alternating between size and color. Then you’ll add the stars! How cute are these paper flowers?

4. Patriotic Paper Chain

You can make awesome patriotic decor.

Print and cut out all your stars and strips of paper. You’ll need about 12-15 strips for a chain that is 6-8 feet long. Make a loop with a strip and tape or glue its ends together. Then make your next loop with the next strip, but loop it through the first one you made. Keep doing that until your chain is complete.

5. Star Wreath

We’re making a red, white, and blue wreath.

Download and print out your stars and then cut them out. Or if you’re using the blank printable, color them and then cut them out. Cut out the center of a paper plate ore use cardstock to make a ring. Now arrange the stars around the base in the pattern you like and glue them on. You could even add a ribbon or bow as the finishing touch!

6. Statue of Liberty

How awesome is this Statue of Liberty?

Make a Statue of Liberty that stands tall and proud by gluing or taping the tabs together. This would make a great center piece or 4th of July décor.

7. Patriotic Crowns

These crowns are awesome.

Once you download and print the Independence day craft printables, carefully cut along the edges of the crown pieces. Glue and tape the crown pieces together on one side and then wrap it around your head to size it before taping the other side.

8. Patriotic Lantern

This lantern is so awesome.

Download and print the Independence day craft sheets and cut out the lantern and stars or you can color the blank template if you want. Fold the lantern and glue the sides together until it makes a tube. Thread the stars to a piece of yarn and glue the yarn to the bottom of the lantern. You could add a tube to it if you wanted.
