I took this picture last night of this most amazing sight.
This tree is in a large, dark field just a few miles from my house. It is breath-taking in its contrast and solitude. It is a secret treasure tucked off the beaten track. It is a lesson in Christmas decoration editing. It is perfect.
I’ve been curious about how they did it and have thought about going over there during the day to investigate, but then I thought it might spoil it. Right now it is like a good magic trick that I have no idea how the magician pulled it off.
I saw that tree one night on my drive home from Target. I had to do a double take…pictures just don’t do the tree justice, you know? It literally GLOWS. And it’s HUGE. And every square inch of that monster tree is covered with lights. I LOVE it@

That is BEAUTIFUL. But how did they plug it in?

I agree with Jodi, but before they’re institutionalized, they need to come to my house.
The only thing that would make it any better is if they added some of my snowflake lights! Just kidding, don’t want to ruin the tree for you!
That tree is simply stunning!!!!
this person must not have children…
That is so beautiful! I think I would go out of my way to drive by that sucker every night.
Amazing. Can you imagine the time that went into that. Beautiful!
Wow.
are those all xmas lights? that’s beautiful. and the person who decorated it needs to be institutionalized.
BTW – I spell institutionalized correctly on the first try!
