I’m making plenty of room in my freezer before I make my next Costco run. That’s because the big-box store now offers Keto-friendly ice cream bars.
While the keto diet is high in fiber and fat, it’s also low in carbs. Sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners are also typically considered no-nos. As such, it can be hard to find a tasty dessert while on a keto diet. Enter these ice cream treats from Keto Pint.
What’s in these Keto-friendly treats?
Fortunately, on a keto diet, high-fat dairy is encouraged, and the primary ingredients in these bars are cream and whole milk.
Each ice cream bar also has no added sugar.
As for nutritional facts, there are 11 grams of carbs (but only 2 grams of net carbs), 2 grams of dietary fiber, and 17 grams of fat.
They’re also gluten free and soy free, and they’re made with MCT oil. These ice cream bars really check everything off my list for a healthy-ish Keto-friendly dessert.
