I’m making plenty of room in my freezer before I make my next Costco run. That’s because the big-box store now offers Keto-friendly ice cream bars.
While the keto diet is high in fiber and fat, it’s also low in carbs. Sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners are also typically considered no-nos. As such, it can be hard to find a tasty dessert while on a keto diet. Enter these ice cream treats from Keto Pint.

What’s in these Keto-friendly treats?
Fortunately, on a keto diet, high-fat dairy is encouraged, and the primary ingredients in these bars are cream and whole milk.
Each ice cream bar also has no added sugar.
As for nutritional facts, there are 11 grams of carbs (but only 2 grams of net carbs), 2 grams of dietary fiber, and 17 grams of fat.
They’re also gluten free and soy free, and they’re made with MCT oil. These ice cream bars really check everything off my list for a healthy-ish Keto-friendly dessert.

But — I know what you’re thinking — how do they taste?
In one word: delicious.
Others agree. Over on the Instagram of @costcoguy4u, one gal raved: “These are sooooo good!”
So, thank goodness they come 12 bars to a pack. Then again, they also have a few flavors, including sea-salt caramel and peanut butter cup, so you may need to nab a few boxes.

@ketopint recently came out with Chocolate Covered Keto Ice Cream Bars! I had the opportunity to sample the Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Covered Bars today, and they are seriously AWESOME. Hard chocolate with ice cream is just such a great combo, and though there are other low-ish carb chocolate covered ice cream bars on the market, they have the only truly keto one. ? ? I’d also like to call out how friendly and awesome the #KetoPint founders are!! I’ve met them the past couple of food shows, and it’s crazy impressive they actually recognized me given how many people come to the booth! Fun fact: the co-founders are brothers! You can tell how passionate they are about the keto community, and I love to support family-owned keto businesses! ? ? They sell the chocolated covered bars at select Costcos (though not mine yet unfortunately ?). Appears to mainly be ones in Southern California, Washington, Alaska and Oregon, but check out the list on their Insta (1/3/20 post) to see if they’re sold at yours! ? ? #carolinesketokitchen #redrobinketo winterfancyfoodshow #keto #ketofancyfood #ketofoodtrends #ketofood #ketogenicdiet #ketosis #lchf #ketoproducts #newketoproduct #ketoicecream #lowcarbicecream #chocolatecovered #chocolatecoveredicecreambars #ketochocolatecoveredicecreambars #ketoicecreambars #ketoatcostco #costcoketo #ketocostcofinds #ketocostco #ketocostcohaul #lchf #eatfatlosefat #ketodessert #ketochocolate #lowcarbchocolate #lowcarbchocolatecoveredicecreambars #familyownedbusiness ?#ketopint.

Where to Buy Keto Pint
If you can’t find them at Costco for $11.99 a pack since not all locations carry them — or because the shelves have been ransacked — Keto Pint can also be found in some Whole Foods Markets, Albertson’s, and Safeway, among other locations throughout the U.S.

Not heading out to the stores or quarantined? Have no fear. You can still get your Keto-friendly ice cream bar fix, because — woohoo — the Pacific-Northwest maker of these delicious treats also ships if you live in the lower 48. Bonus: their site features even more options, including pints in a range of flavors like strawberry, chocolate, mint, coffee, and more. They also ship free when you spend $65 or more.
So go forth and stockpile some Keto-friendly ice cream. You deserve it.
