  • 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of milk {may need more if the yogurt is thick}
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 – 1 cup of fruit (or a few spoonfuls of chocolate milk powder/syrup)
  • 2 cups of ice
  • COOL WHIP whipped topping

Step 1

Blend the yogurt, bananas, and fruit together, adding just enough milk to make it blend easily.  

Step 2

Once these ingredients are combined to the desired consistency, add the ice and blend.

Our Experience Making easy snack or dessert recipe

This will fill my blender and make 3 LARGE servings for my three boys. Likely the REAL amount would easily serve 4.

Last night we made blueberry & banana smoothies which used one of the small clamshell packages of blueberries.

Other favorites are strawberry & banana and chocolate & banana.

It always seems more fun and quite a bit fancier with a little COOL WHIP spooned on top!

The other good thing is that the kids can help with every step. Sometimes I guide the recipe a bit when they come up with crazy fruit combinations that I am afraid won’t be willingly consumed.

This is just one of the many ways I get creative with COOL WHIP at home.
