Ingredients for Sriracha Buffalo Bites Recipe

  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Butter (I use Kerrygold Grass-Fed)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb boneless chicken
  • 1/2 cup creole seasoning
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil

Directions to make Sriracha Buffalo Bites recipe

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Line baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 3

Chicken should be cut into one-inch pieces.  Toss chicken in creole seasoning.

Step 4

Put avocado oil into a skillet and set heat to medium-high.  Once smoke begins to rise, add chicken pieces to the pan.

Step 5

Cook chicken for three minutes, flip over, and cook for an additional three minutes.

Step 6

Combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, and sriracha in a mixing bowl.

Step 7

Add chicken to the mixing bowl with sauce and toss to combine.

Step 8

Place chicken on a tray with parchment paper and add a tray to the oven.

Step 9

Cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken begins to blacken.

    8. Lay the chicken onto the baking sheet. Spread evenly.
    9. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken becomes brown. Let it cool down before gobbling them up!
