Delicious Chocolate Lava Mug Cake What’s better than a chocolate dessert? Nothing, right? I mean how could there be?! The only thing better is this Chocolate Lava Mug Cake because it is made in just two minutes IN the microwave! I know what you’re thinking, how could a cake made in the microwave be any good? Trust me, it’s an amazingly moist and spongey cake! Top it with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate fudge drizzle for a heavenly sweet treat that everyone will ask for again and again! These are really handy to make on those days when my boys come home from school and hand me that math test that has an A+ on it and I want to spoil them because I’m so proud! How to make Chocolate Lava Mug Cake

Ingredients You Need
  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 3 TBSP Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter (optional)
Instructions Start by spraying the inside of your coffee mug with a nonstick spray. Next, in a small bowl mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar so that it’s well combined. Add the milk and vegetable oil and mix well. Pour into your coffee mug. Place the peanut butter in the middle, no need to stir it in! Cook in the microwave for two minutes! Top with ice cream and chocolate drizzle and enjoy! You can omit the peanut butter if you prefer just the chocolate lava cake or I’ve used Nutella or Almond butter in this too and it’s just as delicious! Whatever your family loves is the way I would make it! Delicious Chocolate Lava Mug Cake
