Make Your Own LEGO Charmander Pokemon Figure

Pokemon is every where and it’s easy to see why. 20 years ago Pokemon made it’s way into our little hands (and hearts) and now we get to share our love for those adorable little creatures with our kids. Personally, I think the two things that will NEVER go out of style are Pokemon and LEGO so why not combine the two? My hunky hubby came up with a fun way to Make Your Own LEGO Charmander and he turns out totally cute!

How to Make Your Own LEGO Charmander:

  1. I highly recommend separating the pieces into piles. We had 3 different piles. 1 for the head, 1 for the body, and another for the tail.
  2. For the body you need: (5) 2×4 Bricks, (2) 2×3 Bricks, (2) 1×2 flat tiles, (2) white 1×2 tiles, (6) orange roof tiles 1×2, (2) brick 2×2, (7) flat tile 2×3, (4) brick 1×2, (2) orange roof tile 1×3
  3. For the head you need: (2) White Flat Tile 1X1 – Round “No. 8” (eyes), (1) white flat tile 1×2, (2) gray brick 1×1 1 knob, (1) orange roof tile 2×2, (5) orange flat tiles 2×2, (5) orange flat tiles 2×3, (1) orange brick 1×2, (1) orange brick 2×4, (1) orange flat tile 2×4, (7) orange flat tile 1×2
  4. For the tail you need: (1) yellow brick 2×4, (1) yellow flat tile 2×4, (3) orange brick 2×4, (1) orange brick 2×2, (1) orange roof tile 2×2, (1) orange brick 1×2, (1) orange flat tile 2×3, and the transparent pieces (these become the flames on the tail).
  5. Assembling is much easier to see than to explain. That is why we have a filmed video on how to make this below!lego charmander steps
