- Cooking spray
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Saltine crackers

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Line 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray.
Step 3
Arrange saltines salt-side down in a single layer.
Step 4
In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar and boil until it turns a caramel color.
Step 5
Pour over crackers evenly.
Step 6
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes until bubbly – watch carefully.
Step 7
Remove from oven and pour the chocolate chips over crackers allowing them to melt a bit.
