According to the National Campaign to Prevent Teen & Unplanned Pregnancies,” Teens Say Parents Most Influence Their Decisions About Sex.” Learn about conversation openers and barriers at the mother and teen daughter workshop facilitated by Dr. Trevicia Williams.

Dr. Trevicia, the workshop facilitator, is an author, psychologist, talk show host, life strategist and a human potentials expert. Through her Real Beauty Inside-Out Campaign, Dr. Trevicia, provides an opportunity for communities to become more resilient by supporting a cause she’s passionate about: Reducing teen pregnancies.   To help meet this goal, Dr. Trevicia hosts FREE mother and teen daughter educational workshops called, “I Love You But I Can’t Stand You Right Now: Healthy Relationshipsâ„¢”

She Is Dallas Info:   The FREE Mother and Teen Daughter workshop will take place at the Residence Inn by Marriott ~ Dallas Park Central, 7642 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, TX 75251, on Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.   Mothers and Teen Daughters must attend the workshop together.   Age Group: 14-18 year old teen girls. This event is free ($250 value) but online registration is required.
