They are committed to providing opportunities for youth to get active while experiencing the thrill of running in a fun and exciting environment.

From start to finish, the race is the most invigorating activity for families to do together, ever! Whether you run, jog, walk or watch, it’ll be an experience you will never forget!

She Is Dallas Info:   The Great Amazing Race for Youth will take place on Sunday, March 25, 2013 at Lake Cliff Park, 1200 N. Zang Blvd, Dallas TX 75203. PRICING: For teams of 2 (adult/kid, kid/kid or adult/adult), kid must be student in grade K-12. Pre-K is allowed if paired with an adult. Max of 200 teams. Teams can choose either race and should arrive 45 minutes prior to start of their race. RACE TEAM ENTRY FEE: $40.00 until March 24th, $50.00 at Race.   Register online now.   TIME SAVER TOKENS: 1 minute deduction for every additional $5.00 submitted (Up to 4 minutes). SOUVENIR T-SHIRT: $15.00 Early / $20.00 at Race. Group Discounts: Register 5 or more teams and receive a $5.00 discount per team. Just like The Amazing Race show, teams will race around a 1 mile cross country course that includes up to 8 fun-filled stations. The clue cards provided at each station directs the team to perform a task (game, relay, obstacle course, etc.) before proceeding to the next station. The team that completes the tasks and reaches the finish line with the fastest overall time is declared the winner. Contestants should be prepared to get a little dirty and wet – it’s part of the fun!

Every participant who crosses the finish line gets an official time card to recognize their accomplishment. Special awards are given to the winners of each grade division (determined by grade of youngest team member):Grades K-4 Division, Grades 5-12 Division, and Adult Division. The awards will be presented at the main stage.

The top 25 teams qualify for the National Championship Race and a chance to win $2,000!
