 to the Hearts & Roses Ball.

  Date:   Saturday, February 4, 2012 Time: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm Location: Hilton Garden Inn, 785 SH 121, Lewisville What a wonderful family event!   This combines the Daddy/Daughter Dance and the Mother/Son Black Tie social into one magical night for the whole family.

She is Dallas Info:   Tickets for the Hearts and Roses Ball are $33 per person which includes formal dinner.   Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first come, first served basis, so purchase your tickets today! Registration closes on Tuesday, January 31, 2012.   Registration can be completed online or via the telephone (additional $1.50 convenience fee applies).   You can also register in person at one of the Lewisville Recreation Centers:    Frederick P. Herring Recreation Center at 191 Civic Circle or Memorial Park Recreation Center at 1950-B South Valley Parkway. Tickets for online and telephone registrants will be available at the Will Call table on the night of the event.

Ticket price includes a formal dinner which will be served at 6:30 pm by the Hilton wait staff. Meal choices include: plated braised beef short rib with red wine jus or grilled chicken with light lemon butter sauce, both served with a salad, garlic potatoes, a roasted vegetable medley and neapolitan crème brulee for dessert. All meal choices and seating preferences should be made at the time of registration. Souvenir photos and carnations will be available for an additional charge. Photos session will begin at 5 p.m. with a one hour social with refreshments in the reception area before the ballroom doors open promptly at 6 p.m. Music will be provided by a DJ.   There will be lots of dancing, fun crafts and a special time with your sweetheart in a beautiful ballroom setting.
