She is Dallas info: The Check-In for Checkups program is sponsored by Clorox. I am working with The Clorox Company for the Check-in for Checkups program that benefits Children's Health Fund (CHF). You can join in by checking in yourself and creating some healthy habits. Follow my healthy habit progress here at She is Dallas or on Twitter with the hashtag: #checkinforcheckups. For each check-in, Clorox will donate 10 cents, up to $100,000, to CHF to help support their goal of providing half a million health care visits to disadvantaged children across the country.
Check-in for Check Ups program this summer.
I have chosen to concentrate on providing healthy snacks for my family as MY healthy habit goal and checked in at the Check-in for Check Ups website each time I have accomplished that.
One of the things I have enjoyed is searching through the “find more healthy habits” tab and finding other things that I can do or have done and check-in for those as well:
I scroll through the other habits and find things I may not have thought about…
I ate a healthy breakfast today!

The Check-in for Check Ups website does not have a mobile app., but I found the mobile version of the website to be very easy to navigate and quick to load.
Now I can check in when waiting to pick kids up for camp, in line at the grocery store or when my husband is driving.
And because healthy competition never hurt anyone, you can check your standing.
I am currently #52, but you could easily overtake me by checking in!
Each check-in triggers a $.10 donation to the Children’s Health Fund which means that all this healthy stuff is helping not only my family, but another child.
Have YOU checked in today?
As you have read, I have been participating in Clorox’s
