The John Frieda mobile salon is an enormous semi which takes 12 hours to set up into a luxury salon where celebrity stylists and the JF expert styling team will get to work on the hair of the women of Dallas.
They are inviting women across the country to embark on their own style transformation with the Destination: Style Salon Tour. Tapping the stylists behind editorial shoots and celebrity looks to help women achieve the style transformations they strive for, the tour is hitting 10 cities across the country to help women arrive at their Destination: Style.
The tour has already visited New York, Philadelphia, Miami and Bentonville. They will be visiting Phoenix, LA, Seattle, Chicago, Minneapolis, and Atlanta this summer on the 2 1/2 month tour. This weekend they are in Dallas:

One of the celebrity stylists that is involved with the Destination: Style Salon Tour is Harry Josh. At the New York event he “transformed” Kourtney Kardashian. His clients include Fergie, Kate Bosworth, Helena Christensen and Ellen Pompeo.

I went to this in NYC with my Sis — it is SUPER FUN! Not like any other event I have seen before. Make sure to arrive early and wait to have your hair done by Harry Josh if he’s there — he’s an amazing stylist!

You don’t have to make an appointment ahead of time. It appears that it is first come first scheduled at the event. What a fun way to spend your birthday!
