While we are loving all of our outdoor plans this summer, there are definitely days and times we just want to sit inside in the air conditioning and chill.
We’re also always on the lookout for new ideas for our kids and these new Camp Creativity offerings from Michael’s stores seem like a great way to pass the afternoons.
Camp Creativity is Michael’s online daily crafting classes, every day from July 12 through August 1, from 3-4pm CST. You can sign your family up for these live Zoom classes to learn all sorts of different crafts techniques and try out some new art ideas.
Each day of the week is a different theme, highlighting different mediums and arts and crafts skills:
- Sundays – How Awesome is Art?
- Mondays – Friendship, Fashion, and Fun
- Tuesdays – Yay for Yarn
- Wednesdays – Craft Some Cool Creatures
- Thursdays – Adventures in Paper Crafting
- Fridays – Science is Super
- Saturdays – The Magic of Me
You can sign up for whichever classes might interest your kids, then look on each project to get a list of supplies you can purchase to complete your class.
Whether it’s a painting of lemonade in a pitcher, learning how to make a paper chain snake, creating a clay model of your pet, or crafting yarn monsters, your kids will get a chance to try new ideas with the help of Michael’s instructors instead of mom and dad!
You can sign up for Michael’s Camp Creativity Classes on their website.
