For those who can’t eat a typical wheat-based pasta, it’s always a search to find a good pasta alternative.
Taste Republic’s Cauliflower Linguini might be the option that you are going to love, and you can find it right at Costco!
This pasta is grain free and gluten free, and made with cauliflower instead of wheat. Even better, each typical serving of 3 ounces of pasta contains 2.5 servings of vegetables. Pair it with your favorite sauces and you’ve got a tasty, healthy dinner!
Cauliflower is already a great choice for those trying for lower carb diets, as well as those who need grain or gluten free items. Cauliflower mashed potatoes, cauliflower rice, and cauliflower pizza crust are already popular options as alternative to the traditional versions, and cauliflower pasta could be the next new item.
Currently, the Taste Republic’s Cauliflower Linguini is available at Costco with other refrigerated pasta since it’s made fresh. Each 32 ounce packaged is divided into two separate 16 oz packs to make meal planning easier, and retails for $9.89.
While Taste Republic says that the Cauliflower Linguini was a limited run to begin, it will be back again beginning in early July. Some stores may still have some in stock, so be sure to check if you want to sample Taste Republic’s Cauliflower Linguini before summer.
