The original performances were filmed in November 2019 to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Now, the organization is bringing to the show to everyone in the homes to benefit the greater performing arts community. The online stream will be hosted live by Ryan McCartan from his home. McCartan will interview special Disney on Broadway stars from their homes as well throughout the episode, while songs and dance from Disney musicals include reuniting the cast of Broadway’s Newsies.
