chalk walk events to brighten up their neighborhoods, while others have been putting together care packages for the seniors in their neighborhoods and dropping them off on their front porches.
Speaking of porches, some photographers have come up with a genius idea to not only show the positive of what is going on in the world but also a way to give back to the community. #FromTheFrontSteps is a series where people can get dressed up, wear costumes or rock those jammies that we’ve all been wearing exclusively for the past week. The thought is that you’ll get yourself situated on your front porch and the photographer will capture your family…from 6 feet away, of course!
The photographers are letting people pay what they can afford to pay and half of that is going to www.feedthechildren.org. Not only is this the perfect way to capture your child’s birthday, an anniversary that you’re going to celebrate at home or just a great photo of your family, this is such an uplifting thing that photographers are doing. Plus, it’s helping a great cause that can really need it during these trying times, while also supporting small businesses.
Check to see if your local photographers are doing the #FromTheFrontSteps series!
This past week has been a trying time for all of us as we figure out how to go from living our normal lives to being told to stay at home to keep everyone as healthy as possible. While it’s been hard, there have been so many great things that have come out of this time of social distancing.
People have been hosting Welcome to Kids Activities!
