Kelly Counts wanted a house with a big back yard for her kids’ adorable play house. And they found it.
But soon after her family moved in, she told a Texas news station that her neighbors did something unbelievable. I was shocked!
The neighbors told community leaders that the Counts’ kids playing outside is upsetting their “tranquil quality of life and “creating noise issues as well as visibility issues for them and their pets.”
They say that since the kids are homeschooled, the noise never stops. And they’re suing the Counts family.
Counts says that the neighbors have never
asked her to quieten her kids, and have started playing loud and explicit rap music whenever the kids go outside.
