CONFESSION: Cooking is not really my thing. There are actually a lot of domestic responsibilities that are quite strained for me, but cooking is probably the most obvious. Obvious to my husband. Obvious to the kids. Obvious to all.
It just doesn’t really appeal to me much. Spending an hour in a hot kitchen boiling and simmering and frying and such. Then there are dishes. I think I hate washing dishes more than I hate cooking. I’d just rather order in or drive-thru. That being said, I feel a domestic obligation to feed my family. And, I feel an obligation to feed them something that is less processed than fast-food and less expensive than daily takeout.
let’s make fantastic pulled pork recipe
About a year ago, my grandmother made a fantastic pulled pork recipe that I fell in love with.
When I found out that it was super-easy, I was head-over-heels. Now, my family gets it once a month. If we have friends or family over for the holiday, that is what they can expect. It is good. And it is easy. So easy, that even I cannot screw it up. So I present to you Pulled Pork by McCormicks. It’s actually so easy that it fits on the back of McCormick’s Pulled Pork package.
