{DIY for mom} Make your own kids activities
DIY Color Discs – Easily create your own color discs for your light table. Using some inexpensive keychains from the craft store and stain glass glaze, you can make these all on your own!
Beanbags – Get your sewing machine out for a simple DIY craft. Make a few beanbags with simple stiches, extra fabric and rice.
Snowdough – Just like playdough, but much cheaper. A few ingredients from the kitchen and you have yourself a fun activity.
Quiet Book – Keep your little ones busy with this felt book. By cutting felt into shapes and gluing them, you can make all sorts of different things to keep little hands busy. Try a page with Mr. Potato Head or a
piggy bank.
Wipe-off Handwriting Pages – Make your own dry-erase practice sheets. Just take some pages out of a practice book and put them into page protectors. Hand over some dry erase markers and let them go!
Stamps – Make your own stamps for painting fun with an empty toilet paper roll and potatos! Fold and cut them into different shapes and designs to dip them into paint.
