Day Passes for Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine.
I don’t know how I missed it this year until now, but it is NOT too late.
I just got mine :).
Why is a day pass to Great Wolf Lodge such a great thing?
Well, normally you can ONLY get into the waterpark if you are a hotel guest at GWL. Once a year they do a fundraiser for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America that bends the rules a bit and you can buy day passes…for a good cause.
This year they are selling day passes for $20 each.
My family and I love sneaking over there on a weekday when we have it all to ourselves and a handful of others.

There are some blackout dates and restrictions, but for the most part it is just a great deal.

When is the fundraiser for 2012? Can we purchase tickets yet?
I’m watching for those tickets too. I believe the last couple of years the tickets have gone on sale on or around September 1st. I found a link that says the tickets will be usable starting September 5th-November 15th, 2012 but can’t find anything on their website (Big Brothers Big Sisters) to purchase the tickets.
