We all love a good mystery novel! We love mystery writers helping a local elementary school even more. Three North Texas authors are coming together to raise money for Newton Rayzor Elementary, an International Baccalaureate School in the Denton ISD. The Newton Rayzor PTA hopes to donate a new playground to the school — and with your help, they may be able to do it. Authors Wendy Lyn Watson, Liz Lipperman, and Melissa Bourbon will host a joint book signing and discussion on Saturday, Nov. 26th from 1-3 pm at the Barnes & Noble, Golden Triangle Mall in Denton. Students from the school will also be on hand showcasing their art program and dance group. Newton Rayzor's Dance Group will perform dances from Brazil, Greece, and Germany at 10 am. The school's art program will have twenty-five pieces of student work on disply in the store. And Head of School, Carlos Ramirez, will lead story time for children at Noon. These authors will be signing copies of these respective releases. Watson: I Scream, You Scream, Scoop to Kill, and A Parfait Murder ; Melissa Bourbon: Pleating for Mercy, as well as Living the Vida Lola, and Hasta la Vista, Lola! ; Liz Lipperman: Liver Let Die.
