Mrs. Tammy & I took the boys to Glen Rose for the day…a drive through animal safari was our plan! Three excited boys….

The view from the drive on the safari….I want to build a house RIGHT here! Another killer view…. There were so many fun parts about our trip… The boys had a great time all together. We saw so many pretty wild animals. Mrs. Tammy broke the rules and got OUT of the car…luckily she didn’t get eaten by the deer. Reese stood out of the sunroof (in a parked car) to try & feed the giraffes, but they weren’t interested in our food this day. There was the cutest baby zebra…ever! We found an ocelot in a tree (in an enclosure) when we stopped for lunch.
Whatever this is…caribou? Not sure…but it was so very sweet.
We LOVED the deer! We found one that looked just like Bambi’s daddy, and they were so gentle. I hate ostriches now. They are evil, pushy, & nasty. I got bit by an ostrich. Stupid bird.

  1. We went back in March and although it was a little chilly we had a great time. And we have several of the same kind of pics, including one of our family by the same railing near the snack bar! : )
