Perry Homestead Museum next weekend! Children can bring their teddy bear, a picnic lunch and enjoy the festivities which include: crafts for the teddy bear, games, cookies and lemonade, a contest for best-dressed bear, and a teddy bear first aid station, where a certified teddy bear nurse will repair any well-loved bear. A prize will be even be awarded for the best-dressed bear! Oh it sounds like such a sweet picnic!   I, oops, I mean my daughter just can’t wait for all the fun we will have!
She Is Dallas Info:   The Teddy Bear Picnic will take place on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at the A.W. Perry Homestead Museum, 1509 N. Perry Road, Carrollton, Texas 75006.  $11 fee is per resident family ($12.10 per non-resident family), up to 5 people.
