the dessert that is just way too easy

This is something that I wish I hadn’t learned to do.

It is easy.

And yummy.

A little TOO easy and yummy.

And hits the spot for a simple dessert or as a late night snack…

cherry vanilla and chocolate pudding single serving

It is Super Duper Extra Easy Cherry Pudding Pie.

Usually I make up a full box of vanilla pudding which means I have to eat a full box of pudding, but I accidentally bought the snack size versions at the store.

I know it doesn’t LOOK like a meal, but I can eat my weight in this so I think it should qualify.

Okee dokee…this is SUPER complicated.

You might want to take notes.

How to make Super Duper Extra Easy Cherry Pudding Pie:

Easy Cherry Cheesecake ingredients

  1. Open a Snack Pack pudding cup of your choice – vanilla is good for a more cherry cheesecake feel, chocolate is great for a black forest taste.
  2. Spoon a generous amount of cherry pie filling into the pudding cup.
  3. Top with Reddi Wip.
  4. Use graham crackers as a spoon.

See, this dessert is so amazing it even leaves you dirty dish free.

  3. Just posting it made me hungry…and a warning about using a four pack Snack Pack – it is easy to just keep opening them…!

  4. Um – holy heck does that look amazing! Is it wrong that I’m pretty sure I could eat a whole can of cherry filling on my own? 🙂

  5. I can testify that it is possible…

  6. I really want the vanilla cherry one now. A lot. Like it’s driving me nuts and my coffee no longer tastes good. I want dessert gosh darn it!

  8. OMG who would have thought you could make a bunch of prepped food look like you spent time on it! Love it. IF you really want to fool them, scoop the pudding out of the container and into a beautiful dessert cup!

Love these HEB Back to School Meal Maker Challenges. I need some good after school snacks, plus meals and desserts once school starts back up.

oooh why do you challenge me to be a better mom? Wait… isn’t that supposed to be a GOOD thing!!! 😉

  9. There are days that I find extra pudding cups in the refrigerator and rather than wait for my wife to bring them to work (which I swear she never does) I can make this when she’s in the mood for some dessert.

    Thanks for sharing,

  10. Dirty dish free = no evidence!

Yummmmmmmmm….and wishing there was an H-E-B nearby for those great deals!
