Davis Library – 7501-B Independence Pkwy, W.O. Haggard, Jr. Library – 2501 Coit Road,Gladys Harrington Library – 1501 18th Street, Christopher A. Parr Library – 6200 Windhaven Pkwy, and the L.E.R. Schimelpfenig Library – 5024 Custer Road. Entries are due by October 31, 2011. The Plano Library system offers a wealth of free programs for children, teens, and adults. You can find storytimes and a teddy bear sleepover for little ones. Older children will enjoy the robotics class and other science classes and experiments. Teens can practice taking the SAT or join the Teen Action Group. Adults will also find plenty to do at the library from genealogy classes to learning how to protect yourself at home.
