Celebrate your Labor Day weekend with a little Blues and BBQ!

The Bedford Blues and BBQ Festival will have performances from some great blues musicians, barbeque, artisan vendors, and lots of family fun including carnival rides, laser tag, and flight simulators.
She Is Dallas Info:The Labor Day Blues and BBQ Festival will take place Friday, September 2 – Sunday, September 4.   It is located at 2000 Forest Ridge Dr, on the grounds adjacent to City Hall in Bedford.  General admission for ages 6+ is $5. About the BBQ… You can have the opportunity to participate in the Peoples Choice Awards.   Festival goers will be able to purchase tickets which will allow them to sample food and vote for their favorite barbeque from 2:00PM – 5:00PM on Saturday, September 3. But you will also want to be a part of the Battle of the BBQ where professional barbeque vendors battle it out to be the winner of the festivals Battle of the BBQ. Local BBQ vendors cook up unique samples for everyone to try. $10 gets you 10 samples and 2 votes.
