VISIONS: The Women’s Expo 2011 – Irving

The 22nd annual VISIONS: Women's Expo will be held at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas, April 8 – 10.   Learn how to add a bit of glamor and style to your every day wardrobe or kick up your cooking skills a notch as you learn from the pros on the cooking stage.   There will be self-improvement seminars, cooking demonstrations, shopping, health and beauty solutions and a style show.

She Is Dallas info: VISIONS: The Women’s Expo will take place Friday, April 8 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Saturday, April 9 from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm, and Sunday, April 10th from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.   Cost: $10 but a $2.00 off coupon can be found at VISIONS: The Women’s Expo. Friday is half-price at $5.00 (coupons not accepted), Saturday $10 but use your coupon here and pay only $8, Sunday 9:00 – 12:00 is half-price at $5.00 (no coupon accepted), 12:00 – 2:00 is FREE. • VISIONS Style Show – What's hot for spring? Join us as Dillard's presents contemporary style for real working women. Soma Intimates shows us what's hot in sleepwear and intimates and Macy's will show us how to look when playing, sporting around or jumping in the pool with the latest in swimwear. One lucky lady will even win a complete outfit from Dillard’s!
• Seminars on topics such as “Girls Just Wanna ™ Have Fun: How to Take Care of Yourself and Others and Enjoy Your Life at the Same Time!”; “Creating a Happier Life by Being the Best YOU!”; “The Swiss Cheese Theory of Life: How to Get Through Life’s Holes without Getting Stuck in Them!”; and “Celeb Beauty Secrets Revealed: Beauty Buzz with Victoria Snee”.

Driving Directions to VISIONS: The Women’s Expo 2011: From DFW Airport:   Exit DFW Airport North and take HWY 114 East. Exit O’Connor and turn left. Pass under HWY 114 and turn left on Las Colinas Blvd. The convention center will be on your left. From Love Field Airport:   Exit Love Field Airport and turn right onto Mockingbird Lane. Pass under Harry Hines Blvd and I-35 and head west onto HWY 183 (turn right). Take HWY 183 and merge onto HWY 114 where it forks. Exit O’Connor from HWY 114 and turn right. Turn left onto Las Colinas Blvd. The convention center will be on your left.
