Some letter G words really don’t make sense. Not even when we try to sound them out, letter by letter! For those words, we rely on memorizing a list of sight words
. This list of words can be as long or as short as you like depending upon the needs of your child.
If your child has something mastered, keep it in rotation of study in order to keep them confident and sure of themselves.
As we start to gather Kindergarten Sight Words and 1st Grade Sight Words, one can easily tell there are too many to teach at once.
