- 8 Pre-cooked Sausage Links
- 3 Eggs
- Cheddar Cheese slices, cut in half
- Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Instructions for Sausage, Egg & Cheese Rolls Recipe
Step 1
Whisk together the three eggs in a mixing bowl and reserve a tablespoon of the egg for later.
Step 2
Scramble the eggs and set aside.
Step 3
Lay the crescent rolls out on a lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Put a slice of cheese on each triangle.
Step 5
Add the cooked scrambled eggs and one sausage link to each crescent roll and roll it closed.
Step 6
Brush the reserved egg on top and put it in the oven at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve!

You can definitely substitute the cheddar cheese for swiss or American cheese. Or even switch out the sausage with a slice of bacon.

- Cook the scrambled eggs, then set them aside.
- Put the crescent rolls on a lined baking sheet.
- Place a slice of cheese on each triangle.
- Add the eggs and one sausage to each crescent roll and roll it to close.
- Brush the tops with the reserved egg wash and bake in the oven at 350F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool down a bit and serve!
