So trying to find and bookmark good children’s internet educational sites or activities is very time-consuming. I heard from a friend about Zoodles, a kid-friendly, parent-friendly web browser that already did all the work. It took no time to download and learn. I can control much of what my son has to choose from (for example we don’t watch certain shows on TV so those shows and their activities I chose to block on his zoodle). It already includes the starfall games and activities, as well as the pbs stuff and some I had never thought to look for, like at fisherprice. We’ll be using it for a while when my son gets to choose his computer activities (though Mom will reserve the right to choose for him at times) and see how we like it.
