Chocolate Crunch Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Crunch Frosting ingredients
For the Cake:
- One box chocolate cake mix
- Two bars Nestle Crunch, crushed into small pieces
- Three eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
For the Frosting:
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Additional chocolate candies for garnish
Directions to make Chocolate Crunch Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Crunch Frosting
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, prepare batter as directed on the cake box.

Now, add crushed chocolate bars.

Next, bake according to directions on the cake box and let cool.

While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the frosting by mixing butter, shortening, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
