This creativity produced a rich and crunchy cupcake that pleases kids and adults! It’s not the prettiest, or the daintiest, but it sure packs some flavor!
Get your kiddos involved iwth this fun recipe and let them place the extra candy on top and lick the frosting bowl!
For your garnish on top, any round, crunchy chocolate will do.

Chocolate Crunch Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Crunch Frosting
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
one box chocolate cake mix
two bars Nestle Crunch, crushed to small pieces
three eggs
1/4 cup oil
For the Frosting:
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
6 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
additional chocolate candies for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, prepare batter as directed on cake box. Now, add crushed chocolate bars. Next, bake according to directions on cake box and let cool. While cupcakes are cooling, prepare frosting by mixing butter, shortening and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Next, add peanut butter, milk and vanilla. Continue to mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Now, carefully pipe peanut butter frosting onto cupcakes. Garnish with chocolate candies. Yields: 24 cupcakes
