When we built our home over 5 years ago, my first purchase was a pair of yummy couches from StoreHouse (don’t even get me STARTED on the fact that they have since gone out of business…I did MY part.)
Welcome sofas 1 & 2!
They are huge and sit across from each other in our great room.
I love them as much today as I did in the showroom. It was an easy decision for me. I was drawn to the simple lines of the couches which seemed very transitional in style and could fit into almost any decor. This was something that was important since I hadn’t completely envisioned what the room would become.
A few of you may recognize sofa #3.
This fabulous couch was part of the June Cleaver Nirvana blog header for almost 2 years. I took the picture at the Dallas Museum of Modern Art which took restraint because my first impulse was to steal it.
Isn’t it just scrumptious?
It didn’t seem practical in real life, so the incorporation into my blog was a perfect solution…it also saved me the time and energy of planning and executing a museum heist.
The fourth couch we ordered online last week so solve a living/guest room situation. I needed something that could double as a guest bed, but didn’t fall in love with any of the sleeper sofas I came across in extensive research. When blog-Stedman found this flex sofa which works like a futon at CB2, he brought it to my attention because it looked like something I would like.
It was a bit after the click of the purchase that I realized that I might have a problem.
A serious addiction.
Hi, my name is Holly and I am obsessed with orange sofas.
