She Is Dallas info: The Body Shop is the original, natural and ethical beauty brand, with over 2,500 stores in over 60 markets worldwide. You can find them on Facebook and Twitter.I had never used The Body Shop products before, so I was excited to try them out. Known for their selection of body butter products, The Body Shop offers natural, environmentally-conscious beauty products. They have everything from shampoo, to fragrances, to make-up. The Brush With Fashion collection features built-in brushes to make applying the latest spring trends a cinch. Seriously, no make-up bag needed — just stick your favorite products in your purse and you’re good to go. My face needed *a lot* of work…my skin is really sensitive and dry and prone to breaking out. But Lori sat me down and worked a *miracle* — she used the Aloe moisturizer, all-in-one face base and concealer to make my skin look flawless. Next, they pulled out the big guns — celebrity beauty guru Shalini Vadhera to make me over with the new spring line! She used the Boho Beauty eye palette, which has nice, brown tones, to enhance my coloring. In the end, I was really pleased with how my new look turned out. So pleased, that I bought several of the products for myself! I really loved this Tailored Cheek Tint, which goes on as a clear gel. The gel reacts to your skin’s pH and adjusts to suit your coloring. How cool is that? I also bought several pieces from the Aloe skin care line. I really liked how it made my skin feel. For the younger crowd without sensitive skin worries, there’s the Nutriganics line. And the Natrulift line helps prevent fine lines and wrinkles. But the BEST part? The make-up is affordable…with many items under $20. Do you need a mini make-over? Head to your nearest Body Shop store and ask the consultants to show you what works best with your skin. They offer mini make-overs every day! And don’t forget to try out the Brush With Fashion make-up line while you’re there. After all, doesn’t every woman deserve a make-over every once in a while?
I’m just going to come right out and say it: I am *not* known for my style.
If I could wear T-shirts, yoga pants and my newest pair of TOMS shoes every day, I totally would. I’m the lady you see applying a coat of mascara before she dashes into a business meeting, hoping she looks “presentable.”
So when I had the chance to visit The Body Shop in the Dallas Galleria this weekend to preview their newest line of make-up, the Brush With Fashion collection, I jumped at the chance.

I went to the same event and will be blogging about it this week too – I wanted to say THANK YOU for writing down Lori’s name! She is amazing and I want to come back and see her but I could not remember her name for the LIFE of me and you have SAVED me by remembering it! I am definitely going back and love the products I have!
