Squeeballs Party is a family video game – or rather a collection of games – that are played on the iPhone, Wii or DS.   The Squeeballs Party games are centered around an assortment of silly toy characters.   I was sent a game to try out for the DS to see what it was all about.

Disclaimer:   I don’t know much about video games, but I did give birth to three boys who are slightly obsessed with them.   Since they are WAY more qualified to assess the fun quotient of a video game, I handed the game cartridge as well as the review power over to them.

So here is the review interview:

Me:   Did you play Squeeballs Party?

Ryan(8):   Yes mom.

Did you like it?

Yes mom.

What did you like about it?

It was fun.

What about it was fun?

I don’t know.   It was just fun.

What is different about Squeeballs than other games you play?

You use the stylus.

Do you like that?

Yes mom.

What else is different?

Ask Reid.

Reid(6), did you play Squeeballs Party on your DS?

Yes mom.

Did you like it?

Yes mom.

Do you think other people would like to play it?

In unison:   OF COURSE!

So there you have it.   It appears that Squeeballs Party is a lot of fun and that is all I know.

  1. My son is laid up on the couch because he hurt his leg sledding. I wish I had this game to give him right now 🙂

  2. My grandson would love this game. He has a Wii and a DS so either version would be fine.

  3. My comment for today. As far as I am concerned they should have more games like this out! I am happy that the wii has so many family friendly games. I would love this for the wii version please. Looks fun!! !

  4. I have both the DS and Wii systems and this sounds like a game that works on either one. I love the interview with your boys. They were simple and straightforward! You could hear the “oh mom!” in their voices.
