In 1879, the Dallas-Wichita Railroad Line arrived in Carrollton, ushering in a transformation in the small town from an agricultural community to a bustling center of commerce. Over 130 years later, the town still honors the railroad with it’s Festival at the Switchyard.
The festival takes place on November 3rd from 11am – 11pm in historic downtown Carrollton, and includes live music by Lifehouse, Sister Hazel and Asleep at the Wheel, among others, plus great food and plenty of activities for the kids, too!
Find out more about the festival by visiting their website, www.carrolltonfestival.com.
