As new mothers or even experienced ones, we can always use help preparing for our new bundle of joy! That is where the Motherhood Matters Pregnancy Expo comes in. This event, presented by Wings for Wellness, is a great resource for new and expectant moms. Andthe best part…. it’s FREE!
The
Pregnancy Expo is Saturday, May 12th from 10 am until 2 pm at
Fellowship Bible Church Dallas. There you will find more than 40 exhibitors including
Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Nannies, Nursery Design, Doulas, Baby Boutiques, and much more. You will also find Educational seminars that can help address issues like
Postpartum Depression, Benefits of a Doula, Baby CPR, Pediatric Care and more.
If you bring your older kids, you will find kids face painting, goodie bags (while supplies last) and booth giveaways. Some of the door prizes include a baby stroller, car seat and gym membership!

Wings for Wellness — a great organization dedicated to helping women and their families overcome postpartum depression by raising awareness and providing support, resources and education.
