This year's Grazer, Dames in the City , features our very own Dallas & Ft. Worth stars of the food, beverage and hospitality industries, including Susan Auler (Fall Creek Vineyards), Liz Baron (Blue Mesa Grill), Jill Bates (Fearing's), Joanne Bondy (Old Hickory Steakhouse), Shari Carlson (Dessert Dreams), Michelle Hudson, Andrea Hagar & Terri Sugamoto (Food Company), Bonnie Itzig (Cavallini Coffee and Tea), Paula Lambert (Mozzarella Company), Karin Lukin (Whole Foods Market) Kathy Mancini and Mynetta Cockrell (Allen Brother Meats), Claudine Martyn (Slow Food USA & Juha Ranch), Lynn Mattie (El Centrol College) June Naylor (Lambert's Steaks, Seafood & Whiskey), Gina Puente (La Bodega Winery), Lisa Perini (Perini Ranch), Janice Provost (Parigi), Oona Settembre (Carlson Restaurants Worldwide), Wendy Timson (Wolfgang Puck), Dunia Terslich (La Duni), Caris Turpen (Lightcatcher Winery) and Sharon Van Meter (Milestone Culinary Arts/Texas Chefs Association).
The evening also features our much-anticipated silent auction, food and wine pairings and the first ever cake raffle. Proceeds benefit scholarships for women interested in the food, wine and hospitality industries along with support of educational/food-related programs in the Dallas area.
