Collecting the Moments (I love her blog!) She collected a bunch of bright colored scraps, some twigs, odds and ends and created a “build-your-own” Fairy House kit. The finished product is so whimsical!

And Wendy at Dozi Designs shows us how to create paper roses. Love how brilliant they are!

.I hope you have fun crafting with your girls!
All girls (okay most) love flowers and getting dressy. For today’s Fantastic Friday we are featuring two blogs who have some great tutorials and printables for our girls! House on a Hill shows us how to make fabric flowers and Marilee has a great collection of paper dolls.
.
For detailed instructions on how to make the fabric flower, you’ll have to check out Erin’s site. But basically, you’ll need some colorful scraps of fabric cut into strips. You’ll also need a sewing machine to make zig-zag stiches and affix the flower to your outfit.

Marliee has numerous paperdoll patterns. My personal favorite are the hedgehogs –
they are so adorable! I am looking forward to printing some of these and having fun decorating our furry friends with outfits! All you need is a printer, some cardstock, decorating embellishments (crayons, markers, glitter, etc) and a glue stick. They look like so much fun! In addition to the hedgehogs she has little bears, vintage girls, babydolls and more!

A few other honorable mentions go to:

My name is Holly Homer & I am the Dallas mom of three boys…
The hedgehog sort of reminds me of Hedgie by Jan Brett, totally going over to check out those last two.

Thanks for these inspiring ideas. My girls are more “girly” than I am, and I’m sure they would enjoy them all!
