With stress over New Year’s resolutions and that terrible word “DIET” starting to haunt over me, I’m reminded of a book I read several months ago called Made to Crave.
This book really opened my eyes to how food had become more of a frustration rather than a fulfillment for me. I realized that I turned to food when I was tired, when I was stressed, when I wanted to celebrate, and when I was bored, and oh yeah, sometimes even when I was hungry!
Made to Crave helped me find the spiritual empowerment I needed to break some bad habits that had slowly developed over the years and find more powerful strength through God.
This isn’t a diet book and it will work beautifully with whatever healthy eating habits you have resolved to follow for the New Year.
