Love Your Library February is Love Your Library Month, and the staff and volunteers at libraries across North Texas want to feel your love. The month-long celebration provides plenty of time for you and your family around you to rediscover your local library. Throughout the month, libraries in the area will help you recognize the important role that they play in the cultural and economic success of local communities like ours.   Whatever your reasons for loving your library “ personal enjoyment, intellectual stimulation, children's books and activities, research materials for school, home or work, or access to computers and the Internet, and more “ Texas libraries invite you to join us those celebrating those reasons. To celebrate the reasons that North Texas residents love their local library, libraries will feature several special events and programs for patrons of all ages over the next month. These events offer the opportunity for the residents of North Texas to come together to help celebrate and enjoy the many reasons to love your local library and to recognize the important role our local library plays in the cultural and economic success of our community and our nation.
