Here is another resource for parents! My Young Child has a growing collection of online stories (you can read them online or print them) discussing different character traits that we would love to see our children model. Some of the books we have read together are: “Silly Lilly Remembers her Manners” and “Gilbert the Goat Learns Respect”. I thought these books were perfect for my one and 2 year olds. They are short and the pictures tell the story. I could ask Z what he thought was happening in the picture and he would get pretty close to the story-line (he loved being right). If you are unable to go to the Library and are looking for new reading material, be sure to check My Young Child out! You’ll have an online library!
Welcome to Kids Activities!
My name is Holly Homer & I am the Dallas mom of three boys…
I have always been a believer that one can mold their child even as early as when they are in the womb. The so called ‘terrible twos’ really are a very important time to get kids to build their character. I really love kids though I don’t yet have any of my own but I always try to find resources on child-rearing even as early as now. It makes me feel prepared come what may. Thank you for sharing!
What a wonderful idea it is!.. It’s very useful to billion moms including me. I’m gonna check this out! Thanks for sharing it.
Such an excellent description! No idea how you were able to say this post..it ™d take me long hours. Well worth it though, I ™d assume. Have you considered selling banners on your website?
Nice idea ! But I have not yet married nor have a baby. But I only have a niece. She’s a girl, a smart, beautiful, an ideal daughter. I treat her as my special someone. I give all her needs. But I didn’t forget to trained her for good moral and values.
This is such a neat idea! I only recently taught my three-year-old to use the mouse on the computer, so I am going to go here right now and try this out! Thank you so much!
