If you are a Chick-fil-A fan, you need to know that they just added a new item to their menu’s…
While it may look like their original crispy chicken sandwich, it’s actually plant-based and is perfect for vegans. Keep in mind, it is not considered vegetarian per Chick-fil-A’s website.
The new sandwich is called the Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich.
What is the new Chick-fil-A Plant Based Sandwich?
The Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich is described as:
made from a tender filet from a whole cauliflower that is breaded in our signature seasoning and pressure-cooked in 100% refined peanut oil. Like the original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, the new cauliflower entrée will be served on a toasted buttery bun with two dill pickle chips.Â
Honestly, it sounds really good. I love cauliflower and any cauliflower nuggets/chicken I’ve tried so far, has been good!
Where is Chick-fil-A’s plant based sandwich available?
Unfortunately, as of right now, the Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich is being tested in certain locations including Denver, Colo., Charleston, S.C. and North Carolina’s Greensboro-Triad region for a limited time while supplies last.
If all goes well though, we can only hope it will be brought to Chick-fil-A locations across the nation.
