We can all use some cuteness right now, and there is nothing more adorable than kittens. Except when those kittens get to go on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the aquarium.

Atlanta Humane Society
While all zoos and aquariums are currently closed to humans, the Atlanta Aquarium recently invited some cute kitten visitors from the Atlanta Humane Society to visit and explore the empty aquarium.

The kittens go by the names of Marlin, Nemo, Dory, Guppy, and Bubbles, which sounds totally appropriate for this field trip adventure. What ensued at the Aquarium was the definition of adorable.

What did the Kittens See at the Aquarium?

In a video from the Humane Society, you can see how entranced the kitties are with the Tropical Diver exhibit in particular. The kittens very favorite thing of all? Watching the jellyfish!  We agree kitty cats; watching the fish and jellyfish swim around is a ton of fun. But even better is watching the kittens enjoy the fish show too. My kids squealed in delight while they watched the kittens hang out at the aquarium, watching the colorful fish and squishy jellyfish swimming by. Not going to lie: we’ve watched the field-trip video numerous times in our house.  https://www.instagram.com/p/B-mtUbIFHRV/

What the Other Humane Society Animals are Up To

The cats aren’t the only animals who’ve been on an Aquarium adventure. Back in March, the Atlanta Humane Society also took their dogs on a field trip to the Aquarium too! They frolicked and played outside the fish tanks. The fish absolutely entranced their new furry friends.  If you need a smile on your face, just keep watching these adorable kitten and puppy videos on repeat. They’re sure to make your day a little bit brighter.

Humane societies, like the Atlanta Humane Society, continue to remain open so they can take care of their pets. If you’d like to adopt your own little kitten or puppy to love and snuggle with, contact your local animal shelter.
