Pretty and Frugal Home Decor

Decorating your home does not have to be expensive. When searching for something to put on a large wall in my living room, I was inspired by the creativity of fellow bloggers Kelly and Sheyenne. By combining their ideas I created my very own frugal art gallery!

Using inexpensive frames (many from the dollar store), pretty card stock, and things that I printed from my home computer, I was able to create a gallery that looks wonderful and has received many compliments. One of the best things about this project is its versatility. It is customized to your personal tastes, therefore you can change it as often as you like. My gallery includes the lyrics to “our song”, sheet music for a favorite hymn, and a Bible verse that was read at my wedding. Some other options are seasonal photographs, pretty fabric, or favorite quotes. Find something that inspires you and have fun!
