Easy Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

Elbow macaroni Red onion Red bell pepper Celery Carrots Hard boiled eggs Frozen peas

Dressing

Mayonnaise Fresh parsley Apple cider vinegar Dijon mustard Sugar Salt & pepper

Step 1

Start by boiling the pasta according to directions on box to al dente.

Step 2

Then, while the pasta is cooking, cut vegetables and eggs.

Step 3

Rinse pasta in cold water then add veggies and noodles to a large bowl.

Step 4

Combine dressing ingredients and mix until smooth.

Step 5

Pour dressing over pasta mixture and mix to coat well.

Step 6

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
