Boneless Chicken Breasts Egg Noodles Cream of Mushroom Soup Cream of Chicken Soup Sour Cream Ritz Crackers Butter Salt & Pepper
Cook the chicken and egg noodles. Cut the chicken into small, bite-size pieces.
Mix together the soups and sour cream. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Add the chicken and noodles. Stir gently.
Pour mixture into a 3 quart baking dish. Melt 1/2 cup of butter in the microwave and stir the melted butter in 1 cup crumbled Ritz crackers. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake the casserole at 350 degrees for 30 – 45 minutes depending on how brown and crispy you like the top layer.
